I think sometimes kid learn bad habits from other children at school. Why you ask? Because Noah was playing with his army men last night and said "Get your head out of your butt".
Yeah okay it was kind of funny coming from a 5 year old and the fact that he has his army man say that to another army man, but still yeah, not what I want my 5 year old saying. So I had to explain why he doesn't need to say that!! And he said he won't say it anymore. We will see.
Jaidyn is counting very very well. The other day she had crackers and took some out of her bowl. She told me "I have 3 crackers" and I said how do you know there are three?" just trying to get her to count and she say "Like this mommy. 1" and she puts a cracker on the table "2" and sets another one on the table "3" and sets another one on the table and says "See 3 crackers"
Smarty pants! She can count to 5 easily and she skips 6 but knows 7,8,&9. Not bad at 2 yes?? She knows all her colors, though brown and black confuse her soemtiems. Knows most of her shapes which is good. Knows part of the ABC's and even requinizes some letters and sounds because we work with Noah on that so often.
They both got their oriments this year! Jaidyn got a carebear and Noah the Hulk. He wanted a power ranger one and halmark HAD one but were out now :( they were also out of the babys first christmas one I wanted for Chase :( Oh well they all have their oriments now and TONIGHT hopefully we can do our tree!! I hope I hope I Hope!!
Anyway I need to go get the kids clothes out for the day. Today is friday thus the last school day of the week. this has been a long week for us all after the thanksgiving holidays were he was out for several days!
