Funny Story, Soccer, & School Updates
For those of you who read this story in my LJ sorry, but I have to share here too! lol
We were in Bealls in the mall yesterday and in the womans section they have these tables with panties on them. I stopped and looked at a few cute pairs while Bri & the kids were walking behind me. Noah looks over at what I am looking at and says "Oh my goodness" blushes and says "Can we leave this area now?"
lol poor kid. he has gotten too old to be with his mom when she is looking at panties. lol So funny
Then we went ot Sonic to get drinks after the mall. We asked the kids if they wanted slushies and jaidyn says "Yeah I want a smushy!" hehe. A SMUSHY! lol We died laughing. IT was too funny.
And on the way back to house after that Chase bust out with "Are we there yet?" lol.
I tell you they were all so funny yesterday!!!
Tomorrow starts another school week. A full week for both kids this time. Noah is doing well in school. He got a 100 on his first spelling test and got a 102 on a paper he brought home! yay. He is having a little trouble with not wanting to sit and do his homework at nights though. But we are working on that. He has homework every night but friday nights (reading a book every night, going over spelling words every night and some other homeowrk sheet or assignment each day). It takes us awhile to get it all done each night.
We signed him up for soccer. We should hear from his couch by Sept 3rd to find out what team and such he is on. His first game, opening ceremonies & picture day is on Sept 17th. Practice will probably be one or two afternoons a week & I am sure Bri will take him to those. Games are on Saturday. We will all go to those.
Jaidyn has her first full week this week! Her first 3 days went super well. She did excellent. I walk her into the area where we all wait for her teacher. Once her teacher comes i walk her to where they are lining up, kiss her and tell her bye and she goes right with her class. When I pick her up she is all talking about school. Friday her job was crayon helper. she got to put the crayon boxes on the table and pick them up off the tables when they were done! LOL
Her teacher says she is doing great. She says she is a good girl & very quiet. She should hear her talk up a storm at home! LOL her teacher also loves her name. She tells me this everytime I talk to her. She likes the way it is spelled and sounds! lol.
Jaidyn plays with two certain girls every day. she can't remember their names but she always can tell me what they were wearing! LOL She loves clothes can you tell?
Anyway they are doing awesome in school. Both of them. YAY.
